Traditional saunas heat the body in the way we typically think of heat by using heated air and radiation from heated surfaces in the sauna. Temperatures in a traditional sauna can be as high as 185 degrees fahrenheit, which can be overwhelming, especially to those who are more sensitive to the heat. Infrared saunas emit infrared light, which is experienced as heat. They use a much milder temperature environment of between 120 to 170 degrees F. However, because the heat travels much deeper into the body, they are able to cause a more vigorous sweat at a lower temperature.

When you book your infrared sauna session at Elite Wellness and Beauty, you’re stepping into a private oasis tailored just for you. We provide soft towels and cozy towel wraps to ensure your comfort during your visit. To enhance your experience, we recommend bringing water to stay hydrated and a change of clothes for your convenience after the session. Please note that while we offer a serene and rejuvenating escape, shower facilities are not available, so we suggest planning your visit with this in mind.
