LATE POLICY
In the interest of our customers, Elite Wellness & Beauty strictly enforces the following late policy.
If a client arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be a Dry Style (no washing). If the client is 15 or more minutes late to their scheduled appointment time, the appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled to another date/time depending on availability.
