If you are running late, Elite Wellness & Beauty will try to accommodate your beauty treatments, however, the treatment may need to be shortened if there is another conflicting commitment. All appointments are confirmed a day in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months prior.
Keep in mind that arriving late for your beauty services may require us to shorten the length of the appointment with full charges still applies, so as to not inconvenience other guests. We regret having to do this but we must be fair to all those clients who arrive on time.
All our appointment are very important to the staff at Elite Wellness & Beauty which is why each slot has allocated appointment time specific for your service needs. Please understand that in the event you need to cancel your appointment without giving us full notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment with a client on our waiting lists who misses the chance to receive services.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made, which is why we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments and cancellations of appointments. Our policies are designed to serve the greater good of our guests to offer the best quality services. Cancellations and rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of $25 for each scheduled service. No show appointments will be subject to a fee of 100% of each scheduled service.
When you schedule your appointment with Elite Wellness & Beauty, you are agreeing to these policies.
During the winter months, we make exceptions to our already stated cancellation and late appointment policies to bend the rule. If Bartholomew and or surrounding counties are under winter weather advisory or warnings, and you believe it would be unsafe or impossible to travel to our salon, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no extra charge.
Also in the event of inclement weather, Elite Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to close and cancel any appointment for the day if we feel it is unsafe for clients and staff to travel.
Elite Wellness & Beauty accepts cash and checks, as well as our Prepaid Gift Cards for payment of services and products. For your convenience, we also accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, with a 3% processing fee.
Spa Finder Gift Cards are accepted at this location as well.
Due to the creative and artistic nature of our services, we cannot provide refunds. However, we can work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. For hair services, we will correct any cuts or colors that are unsatisfactory for free with the same stylist who performed them initially.
Our salon stands behind all products and if you should be dissatisfied with anything you purchased from us, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned items to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
All Sales of hair brushes, OPI foot files, and opened and used OPI and Morgan Taylor nail polish, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.
For group parties of four or more people, there will be a 15% gratuity added to each service being completed in the Salon.
